Maxime Durand was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Caco Moura showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 12 minute of play. The throw-in from Will Budden in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by France's Henry Robiquet. Thomas Case hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Ramon Wright made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Peletier in the 19th minute of play. After 20 minutes, Remy Dupuy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the France and the The Globo Red players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in France fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! Ramon Wright showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Chapuis, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The wind increased when Caco Moura made the kick off in the second half. Camille Baume charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camille Baume the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 54 played minutes France got a freekick which was hit by Camille Baume. Frank Peletier's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Ramon Wright skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The Globo Red's Ramon Wright proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save The Globo Red from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, The Globo Red's Ramon Wright got control of the ball when Frank Peletier tried to sneak it across the goal line. France's Frank Peletier got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caco Moura in the 76th minute of play. Caco Moura blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maxime Durand having to make a save. Caco Moura's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maxime Durand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, The Globo Red's Caco Moura got a free kick in the 86th minute. A collision led to The Globo Red getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Adam Muddle hit a great ball.
