After 8 minutes of play, Jenipapo SC's Ricardinho Pena made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabio Rios was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabio Rios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Junior, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The supporters of Jenipapo SC booed when ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteve Padro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 14 minutes, Ricardinho Pena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jenipapo SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardinho Pena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aníbal Alagoano struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Fabio Rios didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jenipapo SC. If Vinicio Junior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Aníbal Alagoano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabio Rios was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Ricardinho Pena took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabio Rios. Fabio Rios dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. After 33 minutes of play, Jenipapo SC's Vinicio Junior made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabio Rios was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabio Rios didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zé Carlos Monteiro went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. In the 39th minute, Aníbal Alagoano made a precise shot to the right of Fabio Rios. ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10. Fabio Rios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aníbal Alagoano in the 41st minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Aníbal Alagoano notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Fabio Rios. Fabio Rios was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-11 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Fabio Rios proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ from getting a goal against them. Esteve Padro kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 0-13 became the score in the 60th minute when Aníbal Alagoano elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a little luck, ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Fabio Rios got control of the ball when Ricardinho Pena tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aníbal Alagoano did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-15 to the left of a surprised Fabio Rios 67 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the match, ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s goal looked a bit too open when Aníbal Alagoano came free, but Fabio Rios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74thth minute of the game Vinicio Junior who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Fabio Rios was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 75th match minute, ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro Paulin to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Victorino Perfecto got a free kick in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Ricardinho Pena dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fabio Rios, 0-16. Fabio Rios acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 79th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Maurício Arósio. Zé Carlos Monteiro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fabio Rios came out and tried to block the shot, but Zé Carlos Monteiro slotted it home off the left post making it 0-17 in the 80th minute. Fabian Llin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Pilgren having to interfere. Fabio Rios made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aníbal Alagoano in the 86th minute. A collision led to Jenipapo SC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Vinicio Junior hit a great ball. In the 90th minute, Aníbal Alagoano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jenipapo SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-18. Wilfredo Abaurre kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
