Karl Pilgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mike van Zeijl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jenipapo SC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mike van Zeijl was slow to take the kick. During this time Dune's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Dune's corner Mike van Zeijl fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Karl Pilgren quite easily take care of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aníbal Alagoano got free with Tauri Koha in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aníbal Alagoano did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Tauri Koha 9 minutes into the match. Dune's Adolf Lausmäe got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adolf Lausmäe struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Karl Pilgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dune. Zé Carlos Monteiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute, Vinicio Junior ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tauri Koha was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Mike van Zeijl blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karl Pilgren having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Junior in the 26th minute of play forced Dune's goalkeeper Tauri Koha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jenipapo SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ricardinho Pena in the 27th minute. The corner led Jenipapo SC's Ricardinho Pena to fire away a dangerous shot which Tauri Koha despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Vinicio Junior kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tauri Koha. That made the score 3-0 in the 29 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aníbal Alagoano in the 34th minute of play forced Dune's goalkeeper Tauri Koha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vinicio Junior recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tauri Koha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardinho Pena in the 37th minute of the match. Vinicio Junior charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vinicio Junior the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 38th minute, Vinicio Junior hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jenipapo SC's Maurício Arósio got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aníbal Alagoano got free with Tauri Koha in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aníbal Alagoano to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Junior in the 55th minute of play forced Dune's goalkeeper Tauri Koha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Ricardinho Pena ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tauri Koha was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Tauri Koha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardinho Pena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aníbal Alagoano struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Tauri Koha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jenipapo SC. In the 66th minute Adolf Lausmäe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Pilgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mike van Zeijl in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl Pilgren saved Jenipapo SC from getting behind. Karl Pilgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mike van Zeijl in the 74th minute. 80 minutes into the game, Egert Oks threw the ball into play from the sideline. Jenipapo SC's Arcan Siralp quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Peep Teraväe hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Tauri Koha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinicio Junior in the 88th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Dune's Mike van Zeijl dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. Jenipapo SC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
