Lucrețiu Nicodim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Leobardo having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leukothoe Sakelaris in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ysmael Marfil saved DINAMO from getting behind. Ysmael Marfil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Aznaro in the 25th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emiliano Aznaro in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ysmael Marfil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 27 played minutes DINAMO got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Abar. In the 28th minute Emiliano Aznaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ysmael Marfil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Basarab Zburliş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabricio Quexal kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Amancio Inocente cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ysmael Marfil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. AC Rangers's Osvaldo Leobardo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save AC Rangers from getting a goal against them. If Emiliano Aznaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of AC Rangers booed when DINAMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Ciolacu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in DINAMO fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! DINAMO:s Ysmael Marfil showed great skill when he stopped Crispin Grassow:s penalty. After the first half AC Rangers were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Osvaldo Leobardo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adrian Ciolacu went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 54th match minute, AC Rangers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Aznaro to maneuver through the defense. AC Rangers's Osvaldo Leobardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moise Vlădean in the 57th minute of play. 1-2 became the score in the 58th minute when Leukothoe Sakelaris elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to DINAMO getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Basarab Zburliş hit a great ball. Leukothoe Sakelaris's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Ysmael Marfil skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 65th minute, Moise Vlădean ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osvaldo Leobardo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The supporters of AC Rangers booed when DINAMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucrețiu Nicodim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when AC Rangers's Totin Nuñez in the 68th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Ysmael Marfil was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for DINAMO through an amazing save. The crowd rose to their feet as AC Rangers's Emiliano Aznaro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ysmael Marfil. That made the score 2-3 after 70 minutes of play. A hard shot 76 in the game by Leukothoe Sakelaris from a close distance when the talented Ysmael Marfil managed to make a qualified save. DINAMO's players were relieved. Osvaldo Leobardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moise Vlădean in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd minute Emiliano Aznaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ysmael Marfil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goalkeeper Ysmael Marfil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leukothoe Sakelaris. In the 85th minute AC Rangers were awarded a corner. Crispin Grassow went to the cornerflag to take it. DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Aznaro in the 88th minute of play. Leukothoe Sakelaris got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 2-4 in the right cross in the 93rd match minute before Ysmael Marfil had time to react. Fabricio Quexal kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The AC Rangers supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AC Rangers would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
