San Martin de Tucumán's Henry Carrasco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save San Martin de Tucumán from getting a goal against them. In the 21st minute Arturo Munno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Carrasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Apocalypto's Eugenio Schirru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Lia in the 35th minute of play. Eugenio Schirru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koroğlu Äbdilov in the 37th minute of the match. The Apocalypto fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Apocalypto's Chico Paulista looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 73 minutes into the match, Apocalypto's goalkeeper Eugenio Schirru had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 邵威伟. Apocalypto's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Florian Firmani in the 76th minute. After 77 minutes, Florian Firmani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Apocalypto and the San Martin de Tucumán players grew even worse after the yellow card.
