Alfredinho Gerber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucjan Werra, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Francisco Taveira made a great header on C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's corner, it was just that GKS Katowice's Betão Pontes managed to reach the ball for a save. Alfredinho Gerber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludomir Zacharek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. GKS Katowice were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dominik Brysz took the corner. GKS Katowice's Dominik Brysz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alfredinho Gerber in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Betão Pontes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sergio Mustafa's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Alfredinho Gerber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomir Zacharek in the 25th minute of play. Alfredinho Gerber came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by GKS Katowice's Ludomir Zacharek. But to his dismay, Ludomir Zacharek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Sergio Mustafa might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Betão Pontes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sergio Mustafa ran back to his position shaking his head. Betão Pontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seb Gentiletti in the 33rd minute of the match. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Alfredinho Gerber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomir Zacharek in the 34th minute of play. With a little luck, GKS Katowice's Betão Pontes got control of the ball when Sergio Mustafa tried to sneak it across the goal line. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Magne Söderberg shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 43rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Betão Pontes but with some difficulty. In the 44th match minute, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Nikola to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 71stth minute of the game Salvador Romano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GKS Katowice's Betão Pontes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. GKS Katowice's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Salvador Romano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. After having played for 91 minutes, Salvador Romano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvador Romano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Betão Pontes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Salvador Romano went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score.
