Washington de Lara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezary Kasiewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, Dante Pero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Betão Pontes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Tirense F.C.'s Dante Pero in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Washington de Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 47 in the game by Lucjan Werra from a close distance when the talented Washington de Lara managed to make a qualified save. Tirense F.C.'s players were relieved. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The wind increased when Lucjan Werra made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Tirense F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sun 孙冰冰 to maneuver through the defense. If Hacı Demirdelen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olgierd Sokolski hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 62nd match minute, GKS Katowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Borys Kiszkiel to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute GKS Katowice were awarded a corner. After some careless play in the Tirense F.C. defense, Ludomir Zacharek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Washington de Lara. The Tirense F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Washington de Lara should have stopped the shot. 87 minutes into the match, Tirense F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lucjan Werra came free, but Washington de Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of GKS Katowice booed when Tirense F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Onbera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dante Pero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Betão Pontes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The GKS Katowice fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tirense F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
