The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexander Bottone got free with Sture Abrahamsson in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the match, Nytäppet Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Bottone came free, but Sture Abrahamsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sture Abrahamsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander Bottone, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 25th minute of the match A.S. Udinese got a corner. Nytäppet Fc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alberigo Di Franco ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on A.S. Alvaro Rotili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dušan Vlahović in the 63rd minute of play. After 64 played minutes Nytäppet Fc got a freekick which was hit by Lars-Erik Hedlund. In the 66th minute Cristiano Paolucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sture Abrahamsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Udinese supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Nytäppet Fc's performance. The match ended with a win for Nytäppet Fc.
