Through an outstanding action, after 3 minutes, Cristoforo Morini successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Rosenborg booed when SEA FALCONS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iliyan Vrachovski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 12 minutes into the match, SEA FALCONS's goal looked a bit too open when Wiktor Narbut came free, but Chavdar Alexandriyski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Rosenborg's Cristoforo Morini got control of the ball when Kubrat Benevrechki tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 15 played minutes SEA FALCONS got a freekick which was hit by Antim Kralev. 17 minutes into the match, Wiktor Narbut had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chavdar Alexandriyski. SEA FALCONS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wiktor Narbut was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 20th minute Iliyan Vrachovski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristoforo Morini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SEA FALCONS's Chavdar Alexandriyski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosimo Mandelli in the 21st minute of play. Chavdar Alexandriyski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosimo Mandelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristoforo Morini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boncho Yalúmov in the 28th minute of the match. Rosenborg's Wiktor Narbut got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chavdar Alexandriyski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Lluques in the 35th minute of the match. Chavdar Alexandriyski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fortunato Zola in the 37th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Rosenborg's Wiktor Narbut got a free kick in the 38th minute. Cristoforo Morini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boncho Yalúmov, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute Luciano Lluques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chavdar Alexandriyski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chavdar Alexandriyski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Lluques in the 42nd minute of the match. SEA FALCONS's Chavdar Alexandriyski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosimo Mandelli in the 44th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wiktor Narbut in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chavdar Alexandriyski saved SEA FALCONS from getting behind. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Rosenborg's Biagio Stellato was substituted for Amerigo Rivera. The wind increased when Wiktor Narbut made the kick off in the second half. Chavdar Alexandriyski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Moryl in the 55th minute of play. Chavdar Alexandriyski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fortunato Zola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chavdar Alexandriyski was a little too slow when Cosimo Mandelli got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fortunato Zola in the 64th minute of play forced SEA FALCONS's goalkeeper Chavdar Alexandriyski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute Iliyan Vrachovski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristoforo Morini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wiktor Narbut could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Chavdar Alexandriyski made a huge save. SEA FALCONS's Chavdar Alexandriyski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save SEA FALCONS from getting a goal against them. 72 minutes into the match, SEA FALCONS's goal looked a bit too open when Fortunato Zola came free, but Chavdar Alexandriyski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luciano Lluques took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chavdar Alexandriyski. Chavdar Alexandriyski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Cosimo Mandelli in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Chavdar Alexandriyski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 87 minutes into the match, Luciano Lluques had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chavdar Alexandriyski. Rosenborg's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
