With a left leg Gilvan Sanches saved Green Squad FC from getting behind. In the 7th minute of the match Fabrizio Canzano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gilvan Sanches skillfully saved the ball. Gonçalo Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Casillas having to interfere. Iker Casillas made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Ulisses Antunes sent off a good shot on target. If Tadeu Cosme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Villa Gordiani's Anfilogino Trombatore in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Green Squad FC's goalie prevented a goal. Jessie Pinkman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Villa Gordiani getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Franco Cacciatore hit a great ball. When Tadeu Cosme came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Green Squad FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tadeu Cosme couldn't finish the play. Anfilogino Trombatore scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilvan Sanches, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th minute, Ernesto Lemme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Villa Gordiani's goalkeeper Iker Casillas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Green Squad FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Jessie Pinkman hit a great ball. Villa Gordiani's Iker Casillas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonçalo Maia in the 43rd minute of play. If Jessie Pinkman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Villa Gordiani booed when Green Squad FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeu Cosme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When Tadeu Cosme came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Green Squad FC fans jumped to their feet. In the 57th minute Tadeu Cosme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Casillas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Green Squad FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anfilogino Trombatore came free, but Gilvan Sanches reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anfilogino Trombatore got free with Gilvan Sanches in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gonçalo Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Casillas having to interfere. Iker Casillas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jessie Pinkman, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Tadeu Cosme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Green Squad FC's Gilvan Sanches proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Green Squad FC from getting a goal against them. Iker Casillas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jessie Pinkman in the 81st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Gonçalo Maia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Green Squad FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonçalo Maia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iker Casillas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anfilogino Trombatore in the 85th minute of play forced Green Squad FC's goalkeeper Gilvan Sanches to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Villa Gordiani were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Green Squad FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Otang Irawan took the corner. After taking down the ball on Villa Gordiani's corner Otang Irawan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gilvan Sanches quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jessie Pinkman in the 89th minute of play forced Villa Gordiani's goalkeeper Iker Casillas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Tadeu Cosme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iker Casillas was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Ulisses Antunes kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the final whistle went the supporters of Villa Gordiani were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Green Squad FC side.
