Roberto Eztebe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerardo Lordi in the 4th minute. 9 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's Aureliano Karlo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pontus Nordström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Aureliano Karlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16thth minute of the game Aureliano Karlo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santa Margarita's Pontus Nordström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Santa Margarita booed when AFC FUSION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wojciech Fiszer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roberto Eztebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witomir Pisarczyk in the 20th minute of the match. Pontus Nordström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Karlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 24 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Santa Margarita's Witomir Pisarczyk fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After having played for 29 minutes, Romulo Abilio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AFC FUSION's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romulo Abilio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Enzo Peruxu hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerardo Lordi. In the 38th minute Witomir Pisarczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aureliano Karlo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Santa Margarita's Roberto Eztebe threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Witomir Pisarczyk, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aureliano Karlo made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Santa Margarita's Gerardo Lordi got a free kick in the 51st minute. Aureliano Karlo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pontus Nordström having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Karlo in the 52nd minute of play forced Santa Margarita's goalkeeper Pontus Nordström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pontus Nordström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aureliano Karlo's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. In the 57th minute Gerardo Lordi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aureliano Karlo might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pontus Nordström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliano Karlo ran back to his position shaking his head. Pontus Nordström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Karlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's Aureliano Karlo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pontus Nordström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Enzo Peruxu kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 74 minutes into the game, Aureliano Karlo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Pontus Nordström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. AFC FUSION's Mari Balotelli was substituted for Aureliano Karlo. AFC FUSION made a substitution. Christoff Stocks replaced Wojciech Fiszer. Mari Balotelli scored 0-2 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pontus Nordström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Mauro Icardi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santa Margarita's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauro Icardi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roberto Eztebe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute, Mari Balotelli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pontus Nordström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. A collision led to Santa Margarita getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Gonzalo Orixe hit a great ball.
