The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ali Toral was the one to do the kick off. Bakar Kaká's late challenge caught a Jung 1972's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bakar Kaká helped the player get up and apologised. Bakar Kaká hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Ali Toral reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Uba Uba. The goal made the score 0-2. With a little luck, Norra Sandby FF's Uba Uba got control of the ball when Sérgio Maia tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Edgar Michnik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Michnik in the 95th minute of play forced Jung 1972's goalkeeper Cristian Gomes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Jung 1972 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
