After 3 minutes, Codrin Ieremia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BVB 09 and the Paradox FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 4 played minutes, Paradox FC's Sven-Edvin Persson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zygmunt Koprowski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Paradox FC reached it. With a little luck, BVB 09's Zygmunt Koprowski got control of the ball when Folke Dahlkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 11 minutes, Zygmunt Koprowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 12 minutes into the match, BVB 09's goalkeeper Zygmunt Koprowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Göran Allbom. Iacob Vernescu scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eros André, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eros André showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iacob Vernescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Iacob Vernescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eros André. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iacob Vernescu ran back to his position shaking his head. Paradox FC's Eros André played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iacob Vernescu in the 33rd minute of play. Arne Linberg took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zygmunt Koprowski. Zygmunt Koprowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. A throw-in in the 37th minute of the game was made by Celestino Balasi with Sven-Edvin Persson as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 40th minute, Iacob Vernescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BVB 09 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Iacob Vernescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eros André having to make a save. Eros André showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iacob Vernescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After 46 minutes, Sorin Cotuțiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BVB 09 and the Paradox FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arne Linberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Zygmunt Koprowski made a huge save.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Folke Dahlkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iacob Vernescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Eros André made a huge save. Iacob Vernescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Iacob Vernescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eros André was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. With 66 minutes on the clock, Codrin Ieremia commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of Paradox FC booed when BVB 09 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Codrin Ieremia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind BVB 09's goalkeeper Zygmunt Koprowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of BVB 09 booed when Paradox FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arne Linberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eros André made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iacob Vernescu in the 73rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iacob Vernescu in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eros André saved Paradox FC from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Iacob Vernescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. BVB 09's supporters rose to their feet, but Iacob Vernescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eros André breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mădălin Penciulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. BVB 09's Zygmunt Koprowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Folke Dahlkvist in the 85th minute of play. BVB 09's Moise Cristoloveanu got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Moise Cristoloveanu got free with Eros André in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Göran Allbom took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zygmunt Koprowski. Zygmunt Koprowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. The Paradox FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching BVB 09's performance. The match ended with a win for BVB 09.
