Zivko Cvetkovic kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Jonatan Orlin notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Miljan Gavrilovic got a throw-in 15 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Drasko Rajkovic. After having played for 17 minutes, Alejandro Gaspard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quimeras Jrs.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Alejandro Gaspard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Serbia getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Momir Gisic hit a great ball. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alejandro Gaspard in the 20th minute. Sebastean Battaglia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ke Yi Liang hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Serbia's Zivko Cvetkovic got his second yellow card of the match in the 28th minute. The referee ordered Zivko Cvetkovic off the ground. A collision led to Serbia getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Zivko Cvetkovic hit a great ball. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Gaspard in the 41st minute of play. Alejandro Gaspard received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic came out and tried to block the shot, but Alejandro Gaspard slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vladeta Jovic to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Serbia defense, Anana Fiz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. The Serbia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zvezdan Nedeljkovic should have stopped the shot. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Gaspard, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Alejandro Gaspard put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. If Sebastean Battaglia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Quimeras Jrs. fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when Quimeras Jrs.'s Alejandro Gaspard looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alejandro Gaspard in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zvezdan Nedeljkovic prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 82 minutes into the match, Sebastean Battaglia notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alejandro Gaspard went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. In the 95thth minute of the game Alejandro Gaspard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Alejandro Gaspard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
