Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonso Snider, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 17 minutes into the match, San Antonio HotSPURS's goal looked a bit too open when Camille Baume came free, but Domingo Chin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of France booed when San Antonio HotSPURS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonso Snider didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Njurenius in the 28th minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Alonso Snider came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the San Antonio HotSPURS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alonso Snider couldn't finish the play. 74 minutes into the game, San Antonio HotSPURS's Alonso Snider nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maxime Durand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Domingo Chin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camille Baume in the 79th minute of play.
