Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Innar Laaneloog got the match started through his kick off. When Innar Laaneloog came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Estonia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Innar Laaneloog couldn't finish the play. When Innar Laaneloog fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Estonia's protests and gave Innar Laaneloog a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th minute, Innar Laaneloog hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to KFC Uerdingen 05 getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Marian Matetzki hit a great ball. In the 27th minute, Pearu Veetamm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Innar Laaneloog might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ago Vaasna. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Innar Laaneloog ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 37th minute Innar Laaneloog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ago Vaasna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ago Vaasna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Innar Laaneloog, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Innar Laaneloog in the 39th minute of play forced KFC Uerdingen 05's goalkeeper Ago Vaasna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Estonia's Raimo Ülend played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brian Laudrup in the 45th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brian Laudrup in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raimo Ülend saved Estonia from getting behind. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The crowd rose to their feet as KFC Uerdingen 05's Enerik Valencia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Raimo Ülend. That made the score 0-1 after 52 minutes of play. Estonia's Raimo Ülend proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Estonia from getting a goal against them. In the 59th minute, Innar Laaneloog made a precise shot to the right of Ago Vaasna. KFC Uerdingen 05's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Estonia's Gabriel Niitsoo was substituted for Innar Laaneloog. Estonia's Heldur Pärjasaar was substituted for Kuido Joala. A collision led to KFC Uerdingen 05 getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Brian Laudrup hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Estonia's goal looked a bit too open when Brian Laudrup came free, but Raimo Ülend reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The KFC Uerdingen 05 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ago Vaasna should have stopped the shot. 80 minutes into the match, KFC Uerdingen 05's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Niitsoo came free, but Ago Vaasna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by KFC Uerdingen 05's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Otto Tenno was slow to take the kick. During this time Estonia's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Estonia's Heldur Pärjasaar getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Ago Vaasna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Niitsoo in the 88th minute of play. After some careless play in the KFC Uerdingen 05 defense, Gabriel Niitsoo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ago Vaasna. The KFC Uerdingen 05 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ago Vaasna should have stopped the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Estonia fans cheered their team off the field, for while KFC Uerdingen 05 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
