Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Enzo Francescoli started the match with the kick off. In the 5thth minute of the game Costica Vladimiri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's Agustin Belmiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rasvan Cristescu in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agustin Belmiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Romania's zone, Narciso Gombal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carol Stinga came out of the goal and Narciso Gombal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 15 minutes into the match, Romania's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Francescoli came free, but Carol Stinga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Romania booed when Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Orlanda didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Rasvan Cristescu had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Humberto Abascal hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 31stth minute of the game Costica Vladimiri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's Agustin Belmiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Agustin Belmiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costica Vladimiri in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Romania's goalkeeper Carol Stinga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sándor Cleghorn. In the 39th minute Costica Vladimiri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustin Belmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adam Olaru was slow to take the kick. During this time Romania's players had a chance to rest. At last the ball reached Alex Serban at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb. 0-2. Adam Olaru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Romania were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

52 minutes into the match, Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Olaru came free, but Agustin Belmiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agustin Belmiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Olaru in the 54th minute of play. Adam Olaru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Agustin Belmiro made a huge save. Eustaquio Dabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carol Stinga having to interfere. Romania's Anton Stinga was substituted for Adam Olaru. Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's Akil Tüney was substituted for Enzo Francescoli. Carol Stinga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prudencio Ralondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's Eustaquio Dabi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carol Stinga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, Eustaquio Dabi notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Romania's Carol Stinga. Carol Stinga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Romania's Alexandru Pangratiu was substituted for Alex Serban. Carol Stinga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudencio Ralondo in the 81st minute of the match. The supporters of Romania booed when Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tolga Ünal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Agustin Belmiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Stinga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandru Pangratiu in the 88th minute of play forced Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's goalkeeper Agustin Belmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 minutes Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sanda Cutov who took care of the corner kick. 90 minutes into the game, Cosmin Barbulescu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Agustin Belmiro. Cosmin Barbulescu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. In the 92ndth minute of the game Akil Tüney who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Romania's Carol Stinga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carol Stinga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Akil Tüney's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute.
