It was a well-played corner which Vörös Henrik managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Bakos Endre made in the 10th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Antal Valentin immediately put the ball in play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodrigo Hats during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, AEK S.C's Rodrigo Hats got a free kick in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 12th minute of play forced AEK S.C's goalkeeper Thanasis Koltsidas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Thanasis Koltsidas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thalis Krommidas in the 17th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. AEK S.C's Alfaro Meo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bakos Endre in the 53 minute of the game. The throw-in from Bakos Endre in the 57th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AEK S.C's Alfaro Meo. 58 minutes into the match, AEK S.C's Thalis Krommidas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in AEK S.C's zone, Balazs Lajos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thanasis Koltsidas came out of the goal and Balazs Lajos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanasis Koltsidas made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Major Barna sent off a good shot on target. Antal Valentin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Thanasis Koltsidas firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 89th minute of play forced AEK S.C's goalkeeper Thanasis Koltsidas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, AEK S.C's Bruno Almeida got a free kick in the 90th minute. The supporters of Hungary booed when AEK S.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Vaggelis Mitsiou came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vaggelis Mitsiou struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AEK S.C. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
