Roch Roman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Murillo Cano came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Merih Bengi in the 20th minute of play. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Merih Bengi, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Roch Roman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 26th minute of the match. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Merih Bengi, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. That made the score 2-2 after 38 minutes of play. 44 minutes into the match, Galácticos del Pueblo's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Roch Roman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after Galácticos del Pueblo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Gijsbert ter Kruimer got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Roch Roman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Galácticos del Pueblo were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after Netherlands's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emiliano Toribio took the corner. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Roch Roman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Galácticos del Pueblo's Lluciano Zafrilla was substituted for Mohamed Bale. After a rather tough play, Galácticos del Pueblo's Merih Bengi got a free kick in the 64th minute. Galácticos del Pueblo's Roch Roman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Galácticos del Pueblo from getting a goal against them. 66 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Murillo Cano came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
