Cyryl Kaider took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristi Eftimescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. minerul -MM-'s Remus Marchiș proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save minerul -MM- from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute Mario Balotelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Marchiș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Pogoń Staszów's Silas Rodrigues dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Remus Marchiș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonard Basinski in the 22nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, minerul -MM-'s Ion Aanicăi got a free kick in the 24th minute. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 7-1 when Leonard Basinski sped through minerul -MM-'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Remus Marchiș. When the referee ended the match the Pogoń Staszów players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
