Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfonso Melani started the match with the kick off. Olimpiu Oloieru received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fedele Di Berardino came out and tried to block the shot, but Olimpiu Oloieru slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Edgar Oblemenco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fedele Di Berardino. LA Lord Perez's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar Oblemenco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 16th minute, Franco Masetti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute, Nicodim Zbârcea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 24th minute, Olimpiu Oloieru fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ennio Capasso's late challenge caught a F.C. YKE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ennio Capasso helped the player get up and apologised. Ennio Capasso hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Petre Romanescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fedele Di Berardino. LA Lord Perez's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fedele Di Berardino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eusebiu Buznea's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Fedele Di Berardino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicodim Zbârcea, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After a rather tough play, LA Lord Perez's Ettore Barone got a free kick in the 34th minute. A collision led to F.C. YKE getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Olimpiu Oloieru hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in LA Lord Perez's zone, Nicodim Zbârcea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fedele Di Berardino came out of the goal and Nicodim Zbârcea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 46 minutes of play, LA Lord Perez's Cristoforo Scalia made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Helmuth Duckadam was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eusebiu Buznea was the one to do the kick off. Grigore Cernescu hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The supporters of LA Lord Perez booed when F.C. YKE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebiu Buznea didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute, Cristoforo Scalia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, Nicodim Zbârcea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fedele Di Berardino. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 66 minutes of play, F.C. YKE's Edgar Oblemenco made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fedele Di Berardino was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Nicodim Zbârcea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 74 played minutes LA Lord Perez got a freekick which was hit by Federico Prisco. F.C. YKE's Eusebiu Buznea got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eusebiu Buznea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fedele Di Berardino having to interfere. Ennio Capasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Helmuth Duckadam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicodim Zbârcea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fedele Di Berardino having to interfere. In the 90thth minute of the game Olimpiu Oloieru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LA Lord Perez's Fedele Di Berardino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 92 minutes, Nicodim Zbârcea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. YKE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicodim Zbârcea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fedele Di Berardino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebiu Buznea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfonso Melani got free with Helmuth Duckadam in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The F.C. YKE fans cheered their team off the field, for while LA Lord Perez had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
