Mattis Magic Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Café DE PLOEG the free kick. In the 11th minute, Jan Czerner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mariusz Peczkowski came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Café DE PLOEG's Hannes Vereect. But to his dismay, Hannes Vereect quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 15th minute, Michael Wollans left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Café DE PLOEG fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 18 minutes into the game, Café DE PLOEG's Alfred Van der Veken nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mariusz Peczkowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Mariusz Peczkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Louis Vischkens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Café DE PLOEG booed when Mattis Magic Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Terasek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariusz Peczkowski came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Café DE PLOEG's Toon Kest. But to his dismay, Toon Kest quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Stefan Terasek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinando Andreoli having to interfere. A collision led to Café DE PLOEG getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Hannes Vereect hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filip Deput got free with Ferdinando Andreoli in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42 minutes into the match, Mattis Magic Team's goal looked a bit too open when Hannes Vereect came free, but Mariusz Peczkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Mattis Magic Team getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Piotr Rzeszutko hit a great ball. Mattis Magic Team's Mariusz Peczkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louis Vischkens in the 44th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Louis Vischkens stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kazimierz Sniegowski's late challenge caught a Café DE PLOEG's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kazimierz Sniegowski helped the player get up and apologised. After 51 played minutes Mattis Magic Team got a freekick which was hit by Kazimierz Sniegowski. After 58 played minutes Mattis Magic Team got a freekick which was hit by Kazimierz Sniegowski. Filip Deput recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kazimierz Sniegowski was shown his second yellow card after 63 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Café DE PLOEG booed when Mattis Magic Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kazimierz Sniegowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariusz Peczkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Louis Vischkens in the 65th minute. In the 80th minute, Bram Cockx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 82 played minutes Mattis Magic Team got a freekick which was hit by Piotr Rzeszutko. An unexpectedly hard shot by Louis Vischkens in the 83rd minute of play forced Mattis Magic Team's goalkeeper Mariusz Peczkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Ikalewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Alfred Van der Veken took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Mariusz Peczkowski to make any attempt to save it. 95 minutes into the game, Toon Kest recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mariusz Peczkowski. Toon Kest showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8.
