An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricky Bonhoeffer in the 2nd minute of play forced Gonzo Style f.c's goalkeeper Federico Marsilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Federico Marsilio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ricky Bonhoeffer's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Federico Marsilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricky Bonhoeffer in the 4th minute of the match. Federico Marsilio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricky Bonhoeffer in the 5th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Peer Hafner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Federico Marsilio. Gonzo Style f.c's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peer Hafner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 16th minute Ricky Bonhoeffer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Marsilio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Marsilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricky Bonhoeffer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Gonzo Style f.c defense, Marco Reinhart kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Federico Marsilio. The Gonzo Style f.c fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Federico Marsilio should have stopped the shot. Gonzo Style f.c's Federico Marsilio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bill Leicht in the 24th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Xerxes Kamper ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Federico Marsilio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricky Bonhoeffer in the 32nd minute of play forced Gonzo Style f.c's goalkeeper Federico Marsilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Enrico Tassotti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gonzo Style f.c fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Federico Marsilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bill Leicht, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Möhnsen FC were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enrico Tassotti to make the kick off. Federico Marsilio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peer Hafner went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. In the 55th minute, Ricky Bonhoeffer made a precise shot to the right of Federico Marsilio. Gonzo Style f.c's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xerxes Kamper in the 61st minute of play forced Gonzo Style f.c's goalkeeper Federico Marsilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Möhnsen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enrico Tassotti came free, but Joseph Reichardt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Marco Reinhart had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. 64 minutes into the game, Damiano Mian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gonzo Style f.c's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Möhnsen FC the free kick. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gonzo Style f.c! In the 66th minute, Peer Hafner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Federico Marsilio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. Peer Hafner succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-8 in the 70th playminute. Federico Marsilio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bill Leicht in the 73rd minute. Ricky Bonhoeffer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peer Hafner might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Federico Marsilio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peer Hafner ran back to his position shaking his head. Federico Marsilio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Xerxes Kamper showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-9 in the 85 minute of play. If Peer Hafner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Federico Marsilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xerxes Kamper in the 93rd minute of the match. Möhnsen FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
