The audience thought a goal was coming when Cosmin Donecea got free with Ferdinando Andreoli in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Scrotum Kickers FC's Per-Oskar Söderström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Van der Veken in the 38th minute of play. Per-Oskar Söderström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robbin De Ruyter, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 42ndth minute of the game Robbin De Ruyter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Scrotum Kickers FC's Per-Oskar Söderström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gonzalo Maradona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ferdinando Andreoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbigniew Furlit in the 53rd minute of the match. The Café DE PLOEG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ferdinando Andreoli should have stopped the shot. Ferdinando Andreoli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosmin Donecea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferdinando Andreoli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boguslaw Domamir, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.
