After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Dustin Poirier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo ScrugenFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dustin Poirier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Loreto Palanques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Deportivo ScrugenFC booed when AlmaToran was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chabier Omente didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 8th play minutes Zoil Pequeño shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Loreto Palanques and just under the crossbar into goal. After a rather tough play, AlmaToran's Hipolito Ponce got a free kick in the 12th minute. Loreto Palanques made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Zoil Pequeño sent off a good shot on target. Zoil Pequeño could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Loreto Palanques made a huge save. Zoil Pequeños short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Loreto Palanques to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 16 minutes into the game, Zoil Pequeño recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Loreto Palanques. Zoil Pequeño showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Zoil Pequeño's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Loreto Palanques firmly grabbed it by the left post. 22 minutes into the match, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Zoil Pequeño sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Loreto Palanques narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 23 minutes AlmaToran's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fortun Bobes who took care of the corner kick. Loreto Palanques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doriva Saldanha in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by AlmaToran's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fortun Bobes was slow to take the kick. During this time Deportivo ScrugenFC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Deportivo ScrugenFC's corner Fortun Bobes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Loreto Palanques quite easily take care of the ball. Zoil Pequeño might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Loreto Palanques. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zoil Pequeño ran back to his position shaking his head. AlmaToran's Loreto Palanques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save AlmaToran from getting a goal against them. In the 32nd minute, Doriva Saldanha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 34 minutes into the game, Jeraldo Abellaneda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AlmaToran's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo ScrugenFC the free kick. 35 minutes into the game, Zoil Pequeño cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Loreto Palanques was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute, Sol Aries hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zoil Pequeño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 46th match minute, AlmaToran was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chabier Omente to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zoil Pequeño was the one to do the kick off. Zoil Pequeño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Loreto Palanques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. AlmaToran's Loreto Palanques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zoil Pequeño in the 52nd minute of play. Hipolito Ponce's late challenge caught a Deportivo ScrugenFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hipolito Ponce helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th minute, Hipolito Ponce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Loreto Palanques didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zoil Pequeño went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Deportivo ScrugenFC made a substitution. Romário Macedo replaced Franky Flam. AlmaToran's Loreto Palanques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zoil Pequeño in the 60th minute of play. Zoil Pequeño might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Loreto Palanques. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zoil Pequeño ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 62ndth minute of the game Zoil Pequeño who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AlmaToran's Loreto Palanques was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Zoil Pequeño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zoil Pequeño in the 63rd minute of play forced AlmaToran's goalkeeper Loreto Palanques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 minutes of play, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Zoil Pequeño made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Loreto Palanques was left in no man's land by his defense there! Deportivo ScrugenFC's Leobardo Padierna was substituted for Zoil Pequeño. In the 69th minute Doriva Saldanha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loreto Palanques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, one of AlmaToran:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AlmaToran. In the 74th minute of the game Bjørn Ironside made a throw-in which José Paulo Silveira played forward. Leobardo Padierna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 77 minutes into the match, AlmaToran's goal looked a bit too open when Leobardo Padierna came free, but Loreto Palanques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th match minute, AlmaToran was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chabier Omente to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to AlmaToran getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Chabier Omente hit a great ball. AlmaToran's Loreto Palanques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leobardo Padierna in the 83rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Leobardo Padierna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Loreto Palanques was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arotza Dobarral in the 90th minute of play forced Deportivo ScrugenFC's goalkeeper Jose Boldu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Leobardo Padierna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Arotza Dobarral came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the AlmaToran fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arotza Dobarral couldn't finish the play. In the 96th minute, Zeng Jian Cheng got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Deportivo ScrugenFC had won after a very even match.
