Deportivo Popolizio FBC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rius Mascaran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. George Forsyth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 8th minute, Aureliano Buendia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. George Forsyth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rius Mascaran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hermann Hesse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryota Miyagi, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Deportivo Popolizio FBC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Martino Armona was slow to take the kick. During this time CD Municipal's players had a chance to rest. If Rius Mascaran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. George Forsyth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rius Mascaran in the 21st minute. Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Hermann Hesse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryota Miyagi in the 30th minute of play. George Forsyth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rius Mascaran in the 36th minute of the match. Hermann Hesse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryota Miyagi in the 42nd minute of play. Hermann Hesse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryota Miyagi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Rius Mascaran struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. George Forsyth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Popolizio FBC. CD Municipal made a substitution. Zlatan Molina replaced Ryota Miyagi. Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Torbjørn Trondsen was substituted for Nils Gielis. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Popolizio FBC's goalkeeper Hermann Hesse, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cleto Trasagua kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. George Forsyth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olly Morgan in the 71st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olly Morgan in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck George Forsyth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A sloppy throw-in by Niklas Hägglund in the 73rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by CD Municipal's Iacob Roman. In the 77th match minute, Deportivo Popolizio FBC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Trasagua to maneuver through the defense. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the match, Erruki Velarroa notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of CD Municipal's George Forsyth. George Forsyth was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 92 minutes of play, Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Torbjørn Trondsen made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. George Forsyth was left in no man's land by his defense there! Deportivo Popolizio FBC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
