Brais Morales stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hipolito Ponce's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. After a rather tough play, AlmaToran's Hipolito Ponce got a free kick in the 53rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Lapurdi Boix kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Loreto Palanques. That made the score 2-1 in the 61 minute of play. Brais Morales showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aztore Aroztegui, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hipolito Ponce in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brais Morales saved RED STAR FC. from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hipolito Ponce in the 71st minute of play forced RED STAR FC.'s goalkeeper Brais Morales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in RED STAR FC.'s zone, Arotza Dobarral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brais Morales came out of the goal and Arotza Dobarral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brais Morales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arotza Dobarral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. RED STAR FC.'s Brais Morales played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipolito Ponce in the 82nd minute of play. After some careless play in the RED STAR FC. defense, Hipolito Ponce kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brais Morales. The RED STAR FC. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brais Morales should have stopped the shot. If Hipolito Ponce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. Brais Morales didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arotza Dobarral went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. AlmaToran had won after a very even match.
