Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Metod Mlynar got the match started through his kick off. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Niels Rooy took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Henrich Slany to make any attempt to save it. After some careless play in the Slovakia defense, Niels Rooy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henrich Slany. The Slovakia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henrich Slany should have stopped the shot. In the 12th match minute, Slovakia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kornel Jahoda to maneuver through the defense. Niels Rooy took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrich Slany. Henrich Slany dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The supporters of Slovakia booed when The Maquis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carsten Bont didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Slovakia defense, Ruben Seinstra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henrich Slany. The Slovakia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henrich Slany should have stopped the shot. After 28th play minutes Ruben Seinstra shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Henrich Slany and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 30th minute, Ruben Seinstra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henrich Slany was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Niels Rooy struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Henrich Slany didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Maquis. Niels Rooy had several of the Slovakia's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 39 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 7-0 score and a disappointed Henrich Slany as he didn't even see the shot coming. Niels Rooy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Henrich Slany made a huge save. Niels Rooy who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Henrich Slany when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 45th play minute Ruben Seinstra came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Henrich Slany. 8-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The Maquis's Sander Korsma was substituted for Ruben Seinstra. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Theo van Nistelrooij stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Slovakia's zone, Theo van Nistelrooij stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrich Slany came out of the goal and Theo van Nistelrooij tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sander Korsma blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henrich Slany having to make a save. 62 minutes into the game, Sander Korsma cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Henrich Slany was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 66 minutes into the match, Sander Korsma notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of Slovakia's Henrich Slany. Henrich Slany was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 69th minute, Carsten Bont made a precise shot to the right of Henrich Slany. Slovakia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. In the 74th minute, Theo van Nistelrooij got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80th minute Sander Korsma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrich Slany saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henrich Slany stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sander Korsma's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the game, The Maquis's Sander Korsma nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henrich Slany made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. In the 89th minute, Sander Korsma made a precise shot to the right of Henrich Slany. Slovakia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 13-0. 92 minutes into the game, Theo van Nistelrooij was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Maquis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Slovakia the free kick.
