Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Gärsnäs BF's Frederick Griscti started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 11 minutes, Lucas Leiva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gärsnäs BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Leiva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Chris Nygaard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Chris Nygaard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thor Nordin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bertram Svenningsen in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thor Nordin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Lars Steen hit a great ball. In the 20th minute George Hägglund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thor Nordin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chris Nygaard's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dane Friebe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gärsnäs BF's George Hägglund got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Troizen Mamalis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frederick Griscti scored 1-0 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Keld Paulsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chris Nygaard was the one to do the kick off. Dane Friebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Chris Nygaard took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Thor Nordin to make any attempt to save it. Dane Friebe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. Gärsnäs BF's Thor Nordin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Gärsnäs BF from getting a goal against them. Lars Steen kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Dane Friebe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Gärsnäs BF booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Bendtsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, George Hägglund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86thth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gärsnäs BF's Thor Nordin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 88 minutes into the game, Ingmar Östlund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gärsnäs BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denmark the free kick. Ingmar Östlund kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederick Griscti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Gärsnäs BF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Denmark were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
