A well-hit corner resulted in Caelan Hayes heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. FC Hamneskär's Rickard Falkrans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Micah Macdonald in the 12th minute of play. Rickard Falkrans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Cox, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rickard Falkrans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Issac Dawson in the 26th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, FC Hamneskär's goal looked a bit too open when Micah Macdonald came free, but Rickard Falkrans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of England booed when FC Hamneskär was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bengt-Rune Löfgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rickard Falkrans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Micah Macdonald, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. FC Hamneskär's Rickard Falkrans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Micah Macdonald in the 35th minute of play. Kyle Cox might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rickard Falkrans. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kyle Cox ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 43rd minute, Issac Dawson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rickard Falkrans was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 47th minute, Patrik Beneth reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Khalid Kennedy. The goal made the score 1-2. The FC Hamneskär players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. England were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alfons Hurtig to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 72nd minute, Micah Macdonald ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rickard Falkrans was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Issac Dawson struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Rickard Falkrans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for England. Seth Young hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute Rikard Frykberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xavier Gallagher charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
