The supporters of TIMETER EC -DMZ- booed when Italy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Porziano Marchitelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Flavio Vittori made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Germano Vasconcelos sent off a good shot on target. Yang Sang Qian charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yang Sang Qian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes TIMETER EC -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Yang Sang Qian. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Mathias Alves was substituted for Germano Vasconcelos. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zaccheo Andolina to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Paulo Victor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Paulo Victor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigfrido Auletta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the game, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Mathias Alves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flavio Vittori made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathias Alves in the 58th minute of play. Paulo Victor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sigfrido Auletta, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Johannes Øien hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Johannes Øien got a free kick in the 67th minute. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Paulo Victor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save TIMETER EC -DMZ- from getting a goal against them. In the 72nd minute, Siricio Liotta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flavio Vittori came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Mathias Alves. But to his dismay, Mathias Alves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 76th minute, Mathias Alves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavio Vittori was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 78 minutes in the game Joaquim Tande did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Filip Mladenovič. When Siricio Liotta came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Italy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Siricio Liotta couldn't finish the play. Italy made a substitution. Sansone Vanella replaced Gianpaolo Mascari. The supporters of Italy booed when TIMETER EC -DMZ- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Freire didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Italy's Siricio Liotta tried to score from far away in the 87th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Italy's Adriano Curto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paulo Victor. That made the score 4-1 after 93 minutes of play. In the 96th minute Adriano Curto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Victor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
