Natalio Mazuste made in the 16th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Răzvan Necula immediately put the ball in play. Geovânio Hoffmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Răzvan Necula in the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Răzvan Necula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovânio Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Osmar Travassos threw the ball into play from the sideline. Soroca F.C.'s Lisandro Beltxe quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Geovânio Hoffmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Răzvan Necula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The wind increased when Răzvan Necula made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Răzvan Necula cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Geovânio Hoffmann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iordanis Karatzaferis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovânio Hoffmann having to interfere. Soroca F.C. made a substitution. Adrián Espadas replaced Răzvan Necula. Olímpico FC's Abel Carvalho quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Natalio Mazuste, made in the 63rd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Olímpico FC's Agnaldo Carneiro got a free kick in the 64th minute. Geovânio Hoffmann didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Soroca F.C.'s Adrián Espadas shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. 69 minutes into the match, Olímpico FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adrián Espadas came free, but Geovânio Hoffmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrián Espadas ran back to his position shaking his head. Olímpico FC's Geovânio Hoffmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrián Espadas in the 76th minute of play. In the 79th match minute, Olímpico FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agnaldo Carneiro to maneuver through the defense. Geovânio Hoffmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrián Espadas in the 80th minute of play. Zézinho Neiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Olímpico FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Godofredo Quilino was slow to take the kick. During this time Soroca F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Olímpico FC's goalie and right to Amador Venceslao. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Olímpico FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 89th minute, Zézinho Neiva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 92 minutes of play, Soroca F.C.'s Arturo Turner made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Geovânio Hoffmann was left in no man's land by his defense there! For all the effort they put into the match, the Olímpico FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Soroca F.C..
