Guanacos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hegedus Henrik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 16 minutes into the game, Hungary's Takacs Tibor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcial Orlandus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute Angelino Clemencin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hegedus Henrik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Orlandus having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Guanacos's Marcelo Mendebal got a free kick in the 40th minute. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Pierres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcial Orlandus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angelino Clemencin made a kick off. Marcial Orlandus made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Balazs Lajos sent off a good shot on target. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danilo Sanchez in the 65th minute of the match. Danilo Sanchez took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Vörös Henrik kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute Paulo Pierres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Pierres in the 71st minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Marcial Orlandus in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Guanacos booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vörös Henrik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guanacos's Remigio Ler was substituted for Denis Pello. Guanacos's Eustaquio Martxelin was substituted for Danilo Sanchez.
