Älta BK's Ronald Waterreus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Älta BK's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Ronald Waterreus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronald Waterreus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hegedus Henrik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ronald Waterreus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 30 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 31 played minutes Älta BK got a freekick which was hit by Kent Ek. After a defensive mix-up in Älta BK's zone, Major Barna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronald Waterreus came out of the goal and Major Barna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ronald Waterreus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Wictor Sander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes into the match, Älta BK's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Ronald Waterreus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute, Antal Valentin made a precise shot to the right of Ronald Waterreus. Älta BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Antal Valentin sped through Älta BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ronald Waterreus. In the 46th match minute, Älta BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Överman to maneuver through the defense. Ronald Waterreus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antal Valentin made a kick off. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Antal Valentin took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Ronald Waterreus to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronald Waterreus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57th match minute, Älta BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Numan to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute of the match Philip Strömberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fodor Daniel skillfully saved the ball. In the 61st minute Hegedus Henrik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronald Waterreus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Boros Benedek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakob Söderman in the 62nd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71 played minutes Älta BK got a freekick which was hit by Wictor Sander. Älta BK's Ronald Waterreus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 73rd minute of play. Ronald Waterreus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Balazs Lajos in the 74th minute. In the 78th minute Walter Holmgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Älta BK's Jakob Söderman got a free kick in the 79th minute. Antal Valentin in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ronald Waterreus, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Balazs Lajos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ronald Waterreus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 1-6 became the score in the 94th minute when Antal Valentin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The Älta BK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
