In the 5th minute, Garanhão do SUL's Michal Kaczanka dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 18th minute of the game Svatopluk Capek made a throw-in which Denis Dostal played forward. Alex Frasca came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Czech Republic's Erik Jilek. But to his dismay, Erik Jilek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Vavrinec Holub stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgar Costa's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. 33 minutes into the game, Edgar Costa lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Vavrinec Holub. After a rather tough play, Garanhão do SUL's Fábio Lobato got a free kick in the 44th minute. Garanhão do SUL made a substitution. Eusébio Mesquita replaced João Viana. After 45 played minutes Garanhão do SUL got a freekick which was hit by Fábio Lobato. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

55 minutes into the game, Eusébio Mesquita was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Garanhão do SUL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Czech Republic the free kick. After a rather tough play, Garanhão do SUL's Eusébio Mesquita got a free kick in the 55th minute. 61 minutes into the game, Amado Vigário cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Vavrinec Holub was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Edgar Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Garanhão do SUL made a substitution. 孙誉剑 replaced Amado Vigário. In the 78th match minute, Czech Republic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalimil Charvat to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Eusébio Mesquita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alan Rezek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alex Frasca having to make a save. After 86 minutes of play, Garanhão do SUL's Edgar Costa made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vavrinec Holub was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 95 minutes, Fábio Lobato mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garanhão do SUL and the Czech Republic players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Garanhão do SUL fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! Alex Frasca had in the 97thth minute some difficulties stopping Erik Jilek's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The audience was convinced that Edgar Costa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vavrinec Holub was relentless in the 98th minute of the game. There was no doubt that Garanhão do SUL were the better team. Garanhão do SUL's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
