The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Prometeo Garay during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Noqueces FC's Justino Kusko was substituted for Arnaldo Bastia. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Cordera in the 18th minute of play forced Clube Esportivo Saudade's goalkeeper Raphael Mayol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clube Esportivo Saudade's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Clube Esportivo Saudade's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Cordera came free, but Raphael Mayol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Noqueces FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Jurand Filanowski hit a great ball. Clube Esportivo Saudade were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Noqueces FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Iratxo Bernal took the corner. Clube Esportivo Saudade's Iratxo Bernal was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Igor Cordaro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teodoro Cordera to make the kick off. Clube Esportivo Saudade's Raphael Mayol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Cordera in the 52nd minute of play. Igor Cordaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rami Alabern, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Prometeo Garay took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Igor Cordaro. Igor Cordaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 86 minutes into the match, Clube Esportivo Saudade's goalkeeper Raphael Mayol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miftah Astrajingga. In the 87th minute, Justino Kusko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Noqueces FC defense, Rami Alabern kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Igor Cordaro. The Noqueces FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Igor Cordaro should have stopped the shot.

It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Clube Esportivo Saudade had played much better football throughout.
