Malcom Darre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Didi Vergílio, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Igor Bigard hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Noisiel's Malcom Darre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Didi Vergílio in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Nova Era's goalkeeper Alfredo Macedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Redouane Gaboriaud. Gaétan Marciniak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Alfredo Macedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th match minute, Noisiel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bakary Madiot to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Egídio Vaz in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Malcom Darre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Malcom Darre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Didi Vergílio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Malcom Darre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egídio Vaz in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Noisiel's goal looked a bit too open when Hílton Cabral came free, but Malcom Darre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Noisiel's Renaud Boulinguez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Egídio Vaz struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Malcom Darre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nova Era. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by Noisiel's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vito Freire was slow to take the kick. During this time Nova Era's players had a chance to rest. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Renaud Boulinguez to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Noisiel's Joris Bros got a free kick in the 51st minute. Egídio Vaz took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Malcom Darre. Malcom Darre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 82nd minute, Nova Era's Didi Vergílio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3.

Nova Era's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
