Mieszko Marosz made in the 14th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Pogoń Szczecin's Stefanos Stefanopoulos. The crowd rose to their feet as Norbert Major kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gustaw Nowak. That made the score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Walery Bienienda got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sebastião Xoxe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 22 minutes Pogoń Szczecin's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ciccio Kowalczyk who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Ciccio Kowalczyk almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pogoń Szczecin's Sebastião Xoxe did a great save. After 26 minutes Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Conrado Donzel who took care of the corner kick. Gustaw Nowak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norbert Major in the 28th minute of play. In the 30thth minute of the game Wawrzyniec Domamir who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pogoń Szczecin's Sebastião Xoxe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Walery Bienienda took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastião Xoxe. Sebastião Xoxe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 41st play minute Norbert Major came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gustaw Nowak. 2-1. Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Gustaw Nowak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Major in the 44th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Norbert Major to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Norbert Major managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pogoń Szczecin's supporters rose to their feet, but Norbert Major was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustaw Nowak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gustaw Nowak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norbert Major, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Norbert Major fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaw Nowak having to interfere. Zbyszek Le Bonniec's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Sebastião Xoxe skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Sebastião Xoxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbyszek Le Bonniec in the 67th minute of the match. Norbert Major might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustaw Nowak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Norbert Major ran back to his position shaking his head. The Pogoń Szczecin supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's performance.
