Glenn Fyfe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Janusz Niedzwiecki in the 20th minute. A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Janusz Niedzwiecki in the 25th minute of play. The audience was convinced that James Batistuta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Borys Lanczak was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dumitru Purcărete in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Borys Lanczak saved Sawino SA from getting behind. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 0-3 when James Batistuta sped through Sawino SA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Borys Lanczak. Rafael Santio hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waclaw Hludzenski in the 38th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Waclaw Hludzenski got free with Glenn Fyfe in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dumitru Purcărete scored 0-4 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Borys Lanczak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling James Batistuta in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Borys Lanczak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when James Batistuta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Sawino SA's goal looked a bit too open when Olle Olsson came free, but Borys Lanczak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. James Batistuta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Borys Lanczak made a huge save. Borys Lanczak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from King Scorpio in the 65th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Flavius Cândroveanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Lanczak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sawino SA's Borys Lanczak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Sawino SA from getting a goal against them. In the 81stth minute of the game Janusz Niedzwiecki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sawino SA's Borys Lanczak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by King Scorpio in the 92nd minute of play. When the final whistle sounded A4p FC Gad left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sawino SA.
