Marcelinho Barral had in the 7thth minute some difficulties stopping Leopoldo Tonio's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Geovanni Zalon notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Roceira SC's Marcelinho Barral. Marcelinho Barral was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. François-Xavier Dionnet was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hulk Speed showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 23 minute of play. Geovanni Zalon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelinho Barral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Quirze, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ksawery Winnicki got free with François-Xavier Dionnet in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. François-Xavier Dionnet was a little too slow when Ksawery Winnicki got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-1. After 43 played minutes Roceira SC got a freekick which was hit by Michel Haaland. Ksawery Winnicki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but François-Xavier Dionnet made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Michel Haaland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Michel Haaland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. François-Xavier Dionnet came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Roceira SC's Michel Haaland. But to his dismay, Michel Haaland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 60th minute, Basilio Fernandez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelinho Barral was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. After having played for 67 minutes, Hulk Speed managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Roceira SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hulk Speed was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ruquense FC's Anibal Fiz was substituted for Geovanni Zalon. 70 minutes into the match, Ruquense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ksawery Winnicki came free, but François-Xavier Dionnet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruquense FC's François-Xavier Dionnet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ksawery Winnicki in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute Michel Haaland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but François-Xavier Dionnet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. François-Xavier Dionnet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ksawery Winnicki in the 78th minute of the match.
