Floresta Club U18's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Consejo del Mate the free kick. Vicente Santana took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Léo de Brito. Léo de Brito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 8th minute Bolo Bolaño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Léo de Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Léo de Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bolo Bolaño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Léo de Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Santana in the 10th minute of play. Bolo Bolaño's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Léo de Brito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bolo Bolaño in the 14th minute of play forced Floresta Club U18's goalkeeper Léo de Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Consejo del Mate's Fagildo Pamanes got a free kick in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas de Souza came free, but Hugo Orlando Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Orlando Gatti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douglas de Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Léo de Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Santana, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Léo de Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fagildo Pamanes in the 21st minute of the match. Léo de Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bolo Bolaño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bolo Bolaño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Consejo del Mate were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Floresta Club U18's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Xove Høj took the corner. Consejo del Mate's Xove Høj was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Léo de Brito in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 32nd minute Gilmar Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Orlando Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Consejo del Mate's Cayetano Sagrario in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Floresta Club U18's goalie prevented a goal. 42 minutes into the match, Vicente Santana had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Léo de Brito. Floresta Club U18's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vicente Santana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After a rather tough play, Floresta Club U18's Ruy da Rocha got a free kick in the 46th minute. Consejo del Mate's Peyo Fonelleda was substituted for Vicente Santana.

In the 59th match minute, Floresta Club U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Endrik Edmundo to maneuver through the defense. Léo de Brito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bolo Bolaño in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bolo Bolaño in the 63rd minute of play forced Floresta Club U18's goalkeeper Léo de Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Consejo del Mate's Bolo Bolaño nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Léo de Brito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 70thth minute of the game Tomé Reis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Consejo del Mate's Hugo Orlando Gatti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Léo de Brito had great luck who in the 73rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Bolo Bolaño from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After some careless play in the Consejo del Mate defense, Douglas de Souza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Orlando Gatti. The Consejo del Mate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Orlando Gatti should have stopped the shot. Peyo Fonelleda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Léo de Brito having to interfere. Léo de Brito was a little too slow when Bolo Bolaño got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 1-4. Cayetano Sagrario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Léo de Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bolo Bolaño, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Peyo Fonelleda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Léo de Brito having to interfere. Bolo Bolaño who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Léo de Brito when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Consejo del Mate's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
