Aquiles Senio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemar de Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Arnaldo Beturian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomás Xacintu kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Arnaldo Beturian kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ismael Nazario Serre. That made the score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Papunhas EC's goalkeeper Ismael Nazario Serre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner ended in Cheng Xiong Yuan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Papunhas EC's Ismael Nazario Serre did a great save. Tomás Xacintu in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ismael Nazario Serre, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Beturian got free with Ismael Nazario Serre in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th minute Telmo Peres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Senio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquiles Senio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Baiano in the 29th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Arnaldo Beturian kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ismael Nazario Serre. That made the score 3-0 in the 32 minute of play. Arnaldo Beturian might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismael Nazario Serre. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arnaldo Beturian ran back to his position shaking his head. Arnaldo Beturian's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ismael Nazario Serre firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 40thth minute of the game Arnaldo Beturian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Papunhas EC's Ismael Nazario Serre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dionisia's Aquiles Senio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdemar de Moraes in the 45th minute of play. After some careless play in the Papunhas EC defense, Arnaldo Beturian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ismael Nazario Serre. The Papunhas EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ismael Nazario Serre should have stopped the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valdemar de Moraes made a kick off. Dionisia's Aquiles Senio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdemar de Moraes in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes in the game Oswaldo Prado did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Marcel Pinho. Dionisia made a substitution. Melchor Gregory replaced Arnaldo Beturian. Dionisia's Peng Sha Yang was substituted for Sebastian Cisco. After 61 minutes Papunhas EC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Florencio Chano who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Tomás Xacintu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Papunhas EC's Ismael Nazario Serre did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Gregory in the 63rd minute of play forced Papunhas EC's goalkeeper Ismael Nazario Serre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peng Sha Yang in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ismael Nazario Serre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 68th minute of the match Dionisia got a corner. Papunhas EC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Florencio Chano ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 69 played minutes Dionisia got a freekick which was hit by German Naelio. Aquiles Senio acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 70th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Marcel Pinho. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peng Sha Yang in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ismael Nazario Serre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ismael Nazario Serre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Melchor Gregory's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Aquiles Senio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Telmo Peres in the 74th minute of play. The Dionisia fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Dionisia's Peng Sha Yang looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ismael Nazario Serre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchor Gregory, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Peng Sha Yang put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ismael Nazario Serre. In the 90th minute Peng Sha Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Nazario Serre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Papunhas EC's Marcel Pinho tried to score from far away in the 93rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of Dionisia booed when Papunhas EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdemar de Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Dionisia had won after a very even match.
