In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Fernando Selatse, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Börna Bulldogs's Rob Lute was substituted for Ragnar Linquist. After a rather tough play, Börna Bulldogs's Pawel Grabowicz got a free kick in the 33rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Toro Martínez in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andreas Andersson saved Börna Bulldogs from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torgny Landin in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Selatse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 43 minutes in the game Basilio Nafarroa did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Kent Sandström. When Michael Corleone fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Despidida AFC's protests and gave Michael Corleone a yellow card for diving instead. Michael Corleone kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Fernando Selatse stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Torgny Landin's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. In the 59th minute, Toro Martínez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Czeslaw Kopacz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Andreas Andersson made a huge save. Emiliano Velasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Andersson having to interfere. Andreas Andersson was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Czeslaw Kopacz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Czeslaw Kopacz really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. 76 minutes into the game, Emiliano Velasco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Andreas Andersson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fernando Selatse didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Torgny Landin went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 86th match minute, Despidida AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliver Rizzo to maneuver through the defense. Fernando Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torgny Landin, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Fernando Selatse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torgny Landin in the 90th minute of the match.
