In the 57th minute Kevin Carreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Thalis Krommidas put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because AEK S.C had won, even though Hungary had held more of the ball.
