The Rapiduletzu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flavius Pușcașu should have stopped the shot. In the 9th minute, Sreten Popovic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Serbia's goal looked a bit too open when Leontin Rednic came free, but Zvezdan Nedeljkovic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Nicodim Iancu notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Serbia from getting a goal against them. 43 minutes into the match, Nando Guerra dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic, 8-1. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Olimpiu Giuverdea took a quick shot and it went in 9-1 without a chance for Zvezdan Nedeljkovic to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Zvezdan Nedeljkovic made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 15-1. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Rapiduletzu's Leontin Rednic. But to his dismay, Leontin Rednic quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 16-1. Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugur Ivasiuc in the 90th minute of play. Borjan Golubovic kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match.
