Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Jaroslaw Zahemski started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Edmund Bugajski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denis Dostal struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Arkadiusz Golota didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Czech Republic. A collision led to Czarne Mamby getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Edmund Bugajski hit a great ball. The supporters of Czarne Mamby booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Vitek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmund Bugajski struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Vavrinec Holub didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Czarne Mamby. Jaroslaw Zahemski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 29 minutes, Bartosz Pietrowiak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Czarne Mamby and the Czech Republic players grew even worse after the yellow card. Czech Republic's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Borys Smolarek 33 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Borys Smolarek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Czarne Mamby's supporters rose to their feet, but Borys Smolarek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vavrinec Holub breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Erik Jilek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Czech Republic's zone, Jaroslaw Zahemski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vavrinec Holub came out of the goal and Jaroslaw Zahemski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Denis Dostal came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Czech Republic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denis Dostal couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erik Jilek made a kick off. Luka Modrić hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Erik Jilek struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Arkadiusz Golota didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Czech Republic. If Erik Jilek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the game, Edmund Bugajski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Czarne Mamby's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Czech Republic the free kick. In the 64th match minute, Czarne Mamby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmund Bugajski to maneuver through the defense. If Borys Smolarek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alan Rezek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Svatopluk Capek kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Kvetoslav Janku got a free kick in the 77th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Edmund Bugajski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Czarne Mamby's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmund Bugajski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vavrinec Holub breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Czarne Mamby's Arkadiusz Golota proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Czarne Mamby from getting a goal against them. After having played for 83 minutes, Borys Smolarek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Czarne Mamby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Borys Smolarek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Jaroslaw Zahemski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Czarne Mamby fans cheered their team off the field, for while Czech Republic had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
