Abelardo Erlantz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Elazar in the 34th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as La Vuelta del Malon's Jorge Sein slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Segundo Feijo. That made the score 2-1 after 88 minutes of play. Nico de Alcântara charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nico de Alcântara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st match minute, La Vuelta del Malon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nico de Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. After 92 played minutes La Vuelta del Malon got a freekick which was hit by Cesar Ruy. After a rather tough play, La Vuelta del Malon's Nico de Alcântara got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute Jose Asier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Erlantz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
