Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Florentino Kaiet made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Kaiet in the 4th minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alex Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilija Skugor having to interfere. 1-0 became the score in the 7th minute when Florentino Kaiet elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 10 minutes, Teo Gudelj mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Croatia and the Club Atlético Unión players grew even worse after the yellow card. Teo Gudelj hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute, Benjamin Domazet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute Victorino Cristofor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilija Skugor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th play minute Conrado de Toledo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ilija Skugor. 2-0. Eduard Kostelac charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduard Kostelac the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 16 played minutes Croatia got a freekick which was hit by Eduard Kostelac. Florentino Kaiet might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ilija Skugor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florentino Kaiet ran back to his position shaking his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the game, Club Atlético Unión's Florentino Kaiet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilija Skugor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Ilija Skugor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Kaiet in the 35th minute of the match. After 35 played minutes Croatia got a freekick which was hit by Toni Mauzer. The supporters of Croatia booed when Club Atlético Unión was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Chus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute, Florentino Kaiet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Godfredo Bastia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilija Skugor having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florentino Kaiet, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Alex Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilija Skugor having to interfere. If Godfredo Bastia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Benjamin Domazet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Kaiet in the 60th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Florentino Kaiet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ilija Skugor was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Croatia's zone, Florentino Kaiet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ilija Skugor came out of the goal and Florentino Kaiet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 68 minutes into the match, Conrado de Toledo notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Croatia's Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Club Atlético Unión's Artur Malewicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Unión from getting a goal against them. Ilija Skugor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florentino Kaiet's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Kaiet in the 82nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Florentino Kaiet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ilija Skugor was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. In the 86th minute, Gilberto Regis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florentino Kaiet, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Ilija Skugor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Kaiet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Mendes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Club Atlético Unión were the better team. Club Atlético Unión's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
