When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Cezary Kucharski sped through Scotland 1873's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Breno Bastos. Breno Bastos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezary Kucharski in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Gonzo in the 85th minute of play forced Legia Warszawa 【L】's goalkeeper Lech Latkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cezary Kucharski in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Breno Bastos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Legia Warszawa 【L】 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
