Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Perivaldo Eger took the kick off in the first half of the match. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henk Cardinaal in the 4th minute. Huub Gerrits could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Huub Gerrits got free with Fodor Daniel in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of De Pelgrims's Mike Zoetmulder. Mike Zoetmulder was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Perivaldo Eger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of De Pelgrims booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boros Benedek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mike Zoetmulder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 20th minute of the match. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mike Zoetmulder having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Hegedus Henrik put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Mike Zoetmulder. Mike Zoetmulder stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antal Valentin's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. If Perivaldo Eger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to De Pelgrims getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Theo Tuyp hit a great ball. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Perivaldo Eger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 49th minute De Pelgrims were awarded a corner. Fu Peng Feng went to the cornerflag to take it. Theo Tuyp hit a great freekick 49 minutes into the match. In the 49th minute, Theo Tuyp fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antal Valentin to strike the kick off in the second half. Perivaldo Eger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by De Pelgrims's Perivaldo Eger. But to his dismay, Perivaldo Eger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Mike Zoetmulder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 61st minute of play. When De Pelgrims's Perivaldo Eger in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hungary's goalie prevented a goal. Henk Cardinaal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, De Pelgrims's goalkeeper Mike Zoetmulder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. 74 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mike Zoetmulder, 1-3. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Perivaldo Eger in the 84th minute of the match. When Erben Roelofs fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored De Pelgrims's protests and gave Erben Roelofs a yellow card for diving instead. Antal Valentin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mike Zoetmulder came out and tried to block the shot, but Antal Valentin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 90th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Perivaldo Eger in the 94th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hungary played a much better game than De Pelgrims and deserved their victory. The De Pelgrims players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
